The Belgian artist discovered electronic music in the early nineties and has been enthralled with it ever since. His early days as a local DJ in Tongeren have led him to heights that he couldn't have imagined at the time. After creating the Sound Avenue imprint in 2011 Madloch has been on a momentous rise through the electronic music underground. The label which holds a meticulous discography of 48 releases now embodies two subsidiaries (Crossfade Sounds and 3rd Avenue) under its wing and each has become a benchmark for musical quality. Much like the success of Sound Avenue Madloch's production career has soared. Originally sharing the Mitrinique production moniker with Dimitri Chantzis Dominique created the Madloch alias in 2012 to explore different stylistic blueprints. 2014 saw the Belgian producer with two paramount productions, 'Walls' and 'Reading Souls', the latter written in conjunction with friend and Sound Avenue label artist Matias Vila. Electronic music luminaries King Unique, James Teej and Nikko.Z chose to remix the elusive productions both of which received critical and commercial acclaim. An increasingly busy gig schedule found Madloch travelling to Austria, Germany, Greece, Holland, Lithuania and Spain. At home in Belgium he remains one of the country's top underground DJs where he has shared the decks with 16 Bit Lolitas, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Matthew Dekay. Both Madloch and Sound Avenue have developed immeasurably over the last three years which leads to the announcement of the labels first ever mixed compilation entitled 'Sound Avenue #1'. With Madloch heading up both the A&R and programming of the mix the 15 exclusive tracks will be released on both the CD and digital platforms. Included on the collection (in order of appearance) are Pedro Aguiar, One Of Them, Andrew McDonnell, Hot TuneiK, Daraspa, Beat Syndrome, Peter Makto & Gregory S, BP, John Debo, LOM, Desaturate, Float & Vid Marjanovic, Guy Mantzur, Kastis Torrau & Arnas D and Riza & Sensoreal.
