Post subject:  Introduce yourself here

Welcome to all our non-Dutch speaking members  :cool

We want to give this (English Section) sub-forum on Groove Collection a new boost, cause the last couple of weeks a lot of foreigners registered to our forums. We figured that if some people start posting, this could become an active sub-forum.

Please introduce yourself in this section and open topics about where you went to party and what you think about it or tell us your favorite records and live-sets. You can also talk about our podcast shows or ask any other question. You even can spam your own mixes or records you made.

podcast info: http://podcast.groovecollection.nl/index2.htm
other info: http://forum.groovecollection.nl/viewtopic.php?t=142

If you have suggestions for this section, post them here as well.

So please, Tell us who you are and how you found us

Thanx  :)

Post subject:  yo Jennifer Horne..here in amsterdam ...for a long time

Hello...people of this place online!
i'm putting myself out here online to play in forums to meet some  people other than the 16 bit lolitas that i've been living  with and making music with here in the Netherlands. haha :)
so far my experience here has been the total oppostie of my experience in America which was 23 yr.s of crap i tell ya . I recorded two tracks with Terry Grant and helped drop a lukewarm bomb to bedrock called "I'll Kill yOU" and a fortunately remixed (by the 16 bits ) tune to Deep called  "bE MY gUIDe" two pieces i was never compensated for financially but it planted a seed of interest that has bloomed into a great friendship and working relationshipfor fun that i believe will develop into a beautiful earth shattering soul expose overtime. The future sure does look bright you guys...seriously!
i'd love to meet some peeps so, drop mea line yo!
laterssssssssss

Post subject:  dj's we're proud 2 love &the 1's we're not

well...i used to sing country gospel jazz opera broadway pop etc...
i had my transition into the electronic music world at 20....i am 23 at themo so let's take a look see
ahahere2002 ehem..
oakenfold to tiesto to sasha john digweed to ferry corsten and moonshiners to pvd to breaks and so many records so little time then i dunno i slowed down that speed for house music it's hpw we choose to use it ya know
i say i'm a little ashamed at some choices like kaskade but i just loved the vocals on some tracks from san fransisco sessions 4 aslo in america nashville tennesse dj mind dub cool sheeze....moving along...i stumbled across matthew dekay last year for a month  we discussed possibiltites..nothing ...
then i met 16 bits and truly i'm getting educated and molded more than i know i'm sure !
you will only get little bits
you ask a question i'll give an answer

Post subject:  this is where i'm at on that tip

parties
n'
shows
i had only been going to gigs of my own mostly in america and a couple weekly reunion parties same old places w/ familiar faces
here i am now chillin makin tunes and  goin to gigs w' the lolitas
i don't mind b/c it's music  that is capable of speaking past the constraints of time
i have been a bit of a studio hermit and a mind driven zombie so far...i need to begin actively co-existing w/the outside world soon....this is part of the plan
